Freemont Tolies House

Freemont Tolies, president of the Naugatuck National Bank, lived in a Queen Anne-style house on Fairview Avenue. He also owned the Tolies Block on Church Street, which was destroyed by fire. His son Claremont, an attorney, lived next door.
